From sketch to construction drawings
Every project starts by understanding the plot: sun orientation, views, winds, access and, above all, what the municipal plan (PDM) allows to be built. Only then do we start designing.
We follow the usual stages — concept design, preliminary design, planning application and construction drawings — and show you the project in 3D so you can understand the spaces before they exist.
What we design
Detached houses and villas, new or replacement; apartment buildings; shops, restaurants and offices; tourism and holiday lets; annexes, garages and swimming pools.
Architecture designed to be built
Because we also build, we know what makes construction expensive and what simplifies it. This shows in sensible building solutions, realistic bills of quantities and fewer changes on site.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to design a villa?
It depends on the size, the complexity and the stages included. After a first conversation and once we know the plot, we send a fixed proposal, by stages, with no hidden costs.
Do I need to own a plot to get started?
No. We can help you assess plots before you buy and tell you what can be built on each one.
Do you also prepare the engineering projects?
Yes. We coordinate all the engineering projects required for planning permission and construction.
